Richard Paradiso is the President of Paradiso International, his boutique studio and consulting firm registered in the State of Florida. 

As a strategic advisor with long directorship and management experience in the arts, Richard provides vision and focuses on innovative solutions to strategy challenges. In the performing arts sector, he has provided trusted strategic advice and insight to leaders on major projects and led tactical initiatives including sales and marketing, fundraising and donor cultivation. He has particular expertise in communications strategy, strategic planning, presentation coaching, team-building.

Recipient of the Mondi Lucani Award, Richard is driven by his authentic investigative pursuit of truth and dedication to the arts as intrinsic to complete health, articulating to all the importance of participation in the languages of the imagination. He anticipated the events during covid times which are downstream of the investigative questions he pursued in this award winning documentary about natural rights versus governmental overreach in the name of safety.

He has years of involvement in the underground scene through producing and performing, along with years of leadership in the arts, including as General Director of Toronto City Opera, Board Director of Tapestry Opera, Senior Manager at the Canadian Opera Company (Canada’s largest and one of North America’s largest opera companies where he worked for 14 years), and contracts with other arts institutions. But he cares most about quality, that in order for works of art to stand the test of time, they need to be vital and to be expressed vitally – speaking to the universal human experience.
