Paradiso International is the project studio and consulting firm of President Richard Paradiso.
As a strategic advisor with long directorship and management experience, I provide vision and focus on innovative solutions to strategy challenges. A skillful articulator of the mission, I have provided trusted strategic advice and insight to leaders on major projects and led tactical initiatives including sales and marketing, fundraising and donor cultivation. I have much experience in communications strategy, strategic planning, presentation coaching and team building.
I am driven to far exceed campaign goals which I have decided to take on.
Recipient of the Mondi Lucani Award, I am also driven by my authentic investigative pursuit of truth and dedication to the arts as intrinsic to good health, articulating to all the importance of participation in the languages of the imagination.
I have years of leadership in the arts, including as General Director of Toronto City Opera, Board Director of Tapestry Opera, Senior Manager at the Canadian Opera Company (Canada’s largest and one of North America’s largest opera companies, where I worked for 14 years), and contracts with other institutions.
I care most about quality. In order for projects to be successful and to stand the test of time, they need to be vital, and expressed vitally with precision.
